The Northgym Adjustable Kettlebell gives users the range of an entire kettlebell set from 18 to 53lbs or 35-70 lbs in 4 lbs increments. It is available in 53lbs or 70 lbs versions.

This single kettlebell is the best option for those who are relatively new to kettlebells or weights, as it eliminates the need to purchase individual kettlebells for all the different weights. It is also suitable for professionals, as the weight can be increased step by step to meet individual needs.

The powder-coated steel competition-style kettlebell is available with an 18lbs or 35lbs (8 or 16 kg) shell made of steel, with 3 chromed steel pistons (4, 9, and 18lbs or 2, 4, and 8kg) inside and a 4lbs (2kg) bottom. When all pistons are inside the kettlebell, it weighs 53lbs or 70lbs (24 or 32 kg) in total. The Northgym Kettlebell has an identical shape, size, and 35mm handle as competition Kettlebells.

The weight of the kettlebell can be adjusted within a matter of seconds, in 4lbs (2kg) increments. The unique system of pistons that fit perfectly into each other, along with the snug fit of the pistons into the kettlebell and the secured grooves in the bottom plate, result in a solid feel without any movement of the weights when lifting or swinging.

The shell is made of powder-coated steel, and the inside weights are chromed iron, ensuring durability and high quality. The 18lbs Shell Set includes the kettlebell shell, chromed bottom, 3 chromed weight pistons, a hex stand (ground plate with integrated hex key), and an Allen key. The 35lbs Shell Set includes the same components but with a 35lbs / 16kg shell.
